I went to court for a modification of child support.. I have true 50/50 custody of my kids and pay 1k a month in child support. anyways
I did agreed to this in mediation out of fear i would lose custody of my boys..
She was paying their child care bill but quickly decided to remove them so she could put the child support in her pocket. I had to start paying child care on my weeks of parental time.
I filed a modification on this as a substantial change in circumstances. Her attorney actualy said today we only agreed to 50/50 in the first place as long as you paid support and the judge didnt even care.
Modification was denied and I still have to pay support and daycare on my parental time.
The system is so flawed for fathers that it blows my mind. ...
